Sapin Oy

Today, we are a trusted and efficient subcontracting company, providing comprehensive assembly services for the electronics and mechanical engineering industries. We utilize modern systems and an extensive network of partners, enabling a flexible and customer-oriented approach to all subcontracting challenges in the industrial sector.

History

Our journey began in the early 1990s when Lauri Lindström founded the company and started manufacturing mechanical assemblies for Rocla Oy warehouse trucks. By the mid-1990s, our operations expanded into electrical assemblies, including EL panels and control devices.

By the early 2000s, our services had expanded significantly, and our partnership with Rocla Oy had strengthened, leading us to move to our current facilities in the Hakakallio industrial area, Hyvinkää.

During the 2010s, our cooperation in the field of automated trucks advanced significantly, increasing our expertise. At the same time, our wire harness production expanded, focusing particularly on custom option wire harnesses and the efficient production of small series. Our long-term and active collaboration with Rocla’s production and design teams has yielded excellent results.

In 2019, Rocla became part of Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe, and as a result, our client base expanded to include Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe’s spare parts center in the Netherlands and Mitsubishi Logisnext Europe S.A.’s factory in Spain.
